- Paid off unfunded liability of CalPERS Pension and set up a mechanism to do so every year.
- Led key design contracts for the construction of a fully-funded Eastvale Public Library – Lewis Learning and Innovation Center, City Hall, Police Station, and 3rd Fire Station worth $100 million.
