Eastvale, a young city that celebrated its 10th birthday a few months ago, is getting its first hotel.
A $25 million, four-story, hotel with 120 large rooms, or suites, is rising on the city’s south side next to the 15 Freeway, just north of the sprawling SilverLakes sports complex in Norco.
Part of the Hamner Place development, Staybridge Suites Hotel & Conference Center Eastvale will feature an open-air rooftop bar and restaurant and 300-person-capacity conference center, said Gagan Batta, who represents Eastvale Palace LLC, the developer. The firm hired the Ranchers Hotel Group to build the facility, he said.
Construction got underway in the third quarter of 2020 and will take about two years, Batta said. The hotel is expected to open in the third quarter of 2022, he said.
