Eastvale, an upscale western Riverside County suburb of 73,000 that sprang up from what once was an Inland Empire dairy capital, celebrates its 10th birthday Thursday, Oct. 1.
No city party is planned because of the coronavirus pandemic.
“We didn’t get to have a big event like we wanted to,” said Mark Donohue, city clerk and communications director.
However, a state of the city speech set to be live streamed Thursday at 5:30 p.m., at eastvalecoc.org/sotc/ will discuss the milestone, he said.
