Bryan is a passionate public servant dedicated to promoting vibrant, sustainable and connected communities. I was excited to meet a transportation engineer who understood planning, promoted complete streets and dared to change the status quo for the benefit of the city. He inspired those around him, those who he managed and was a great example of trying new things in government. He and I worked together on a blog article relating to transportation engineering, planning and economic development and it was a pleasure to bounce ideas off him. The change he brought to our downtown village was awesome.
