I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Bryan. He created a vision moving forward for Carlsbad with his work on the Mobility Element. His dedication to public service has certainly enhanced our community’s quality of life. He provided leadership to the Traffic Division while helping us get closer to reaching our full potential. His old team misses him, but he will not be forgotten.
